The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to all purchases made from the United Nude website: www.unitednude.com
It is important that all customers thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions set by United Nude before purchasing any goods. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at the checkout point you are agreeing to the correspondence outlined within the United Nude Terms and Conditions.
United Nude reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made will be effective once published on the website.
We will do our best to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and correct at all times. We aim to resolve any errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible. If for any reason you believe that you have been affected by any error please contact us at email@example.com, please note that this does not admit liability on the behalf of United Nude.

Once you have selected an item of your choice, add it to your basket. You will then be directed to the checkout point where you can see an overview of your basket. Once you are happy with your choice you can proceed to the checkout.
You do not need to create an account to be able to place an order, you can checkout as a guest. However we would advise you to create an account with us so that you can benefit from the following features:
•Faster shopping – quickly proceed through the check out as we will have all the details relating to the delivery of your order (with the exception of your card details which you will have to enter each time you order).
•Track your order status – log-in to your account to check if your goods have been dispatched.
•View your order history – check what item/size you previously purchased via your Unitednude.com account.
•Sign-up to email updates – be the first to hear about special offers and new products with our email updates.
You can create an account at any time. Simply select the “My Account” at the top of the screen and follow the process, completing the information as requested. It is your responsibility to ensure that you’re login details and all other personal information in relation to your account remains confidential at all times.
In order to complete your order you will need to select you’re payment method and shipping address.
Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card and will be processed in:
EURO for orders placed in Europe, Ireland, Asia, Africa and Australia
GBP for orders placed in the UK
USD for orders placed in North and South America
We do not accept cash or cheque payments for online orders.
Should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.

As soon as we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation which will be sent to the email address provided. If you have an account with us you can also check the "Order history" on your United Nude account. If you do have an order number please check that your email address is correct as well as checking your spam/junk mail box. If, however, there is no recent order listed it means the process has been unsuccessful.
Before an order can be accepted we must receive the payment for the goods in full, Once your payment has been accepted and we have checked the availability of the stock you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided. At this point we have agreed to a contract with you.
The colours shown on our website may vary depending on a range of factors including your computer screen and display settings.
Sizes and measurements are an approximate only.
All goods are subject to availability which means we may not be able to supply your order until we have checked our stocks
Delivery timings are estimates only
We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of purchase. Orders should be received within 4-8 working days however, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this. If you have not received your goods within 10 days of purchase please contact us and we can investigate further for you.
We currently send our goods via UPS. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from UPS alongside a tracking number which can be used should you wish to trace your order.
We can only deliver to the address provided at the checkout. If an error has been made, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address. Once the item has left our warehouse, customers will need to speak with UPS directly. Please note that we are unable to deliver to a P.O Box.
If you are unavailable during the time that UPS attempt to deliver your goods, a new delivery attempt will be made the following day. You can also contact UPS directly and schedule a specific collection time or even change the address.
If for any reason the goods are lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us within 14 days.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination if you are ordering outside the EU and US import duties / taxes and additional shipping cost might be charged, please check with your local tax authorities for more information.
If you are unhappy with your item(s) we are more than happy to offer you a refund providing that our returns policy is adhered to:
•Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.
•Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original and unused condition
•Shoes must be tried on indoors.
•Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
•You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
•Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly on them will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
•We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

•Exchanges for another size and/or colour in the same style of shoe will depend upon stock availability at the time returned goods are received.
•For customers outside EU, USA and Canada, shipping costs must be paid for by the customer before the exchange is processed. Please see our shipping rates for more information.
•Price differences in exchanges for products with a higher retail price must be paid by the customer including all necessary information along with your exchange item before the exchange is processed.
•Price differences in exchanges for products with a lower retail price will be credited back only to the original form of payment, or applied to a store credit, which will be valid for 12 months.
•Exchanges can only be delivered to the same address as your original order.

We provide a 6-month warranty on all of our products against manufacturing faults. If there is a problem with the goods please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the matter further.
No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not following the cleaning/care instructions.
Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
