Below are some of the questions we are most frequently asked. You can find more information using the help options to the left.

How quickly will I get my order?

Orders will be processed within 3 days and delivery should be received within 5 business days.

How do I know if the goods I want are in-stock?

On all of our products we provide you with a stock status indicator depending on the selections you have made regarding colour, size and quantity (where applicable).

If the size/colour option you have selected shows as ‘in stock’, this means this item is available for despatch.

If the size/colour option you have selected has a stock status of ‘out of stock’, this item is not available and you will not be able to add it to your basket.

If the size/colour option you have selected shows ‘notify me’, this means that we do not currently have stock of that particular item. Our ‘notify me’ service does however, allow customers to register an interest in a product and, upon any arrival of that particular product, be notified via email. Upon receipt of this email customers will be free to purchase the desired item.

Do I have to create an account?

If you wish to place an order with us then you will be required to create an account with us. Once you have created this account you will be able to benefit from the following great features

  • Faster shopping – quickly proceed through the check out as we will have all the details relating to the delivery of your order (with the exception of your card details which you will have to enter each time you order)
  • Track your order status – log-in to your account to check if your goods have been despatched
  • View your order history – check what item/size you previously purchased via your Unitednude.com account.
  • Sign-up to email updates – be the first to hear about special offers and new products with our email updates

I can't remember my password to log-in to my account, what should I do?

If you are unable to remember the password for your United Nude account, click hereto fill out a password request form. Simply insert the email address you used to register an account with us with, and a new password will be sent to you via email. Once you have logged in with the password we have provided you can re-set your password to a password of your choice.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

All the orders are trackable: simply log into your account and click on View my order history.

New Customers

Using Search & Product Finder functions

  • Search: The search box is in the top right hand corner of the screen. You can search by product name or item number, this is particularly helpful if you have seen the product you want in one of our shops or stockists.

Payment Options

If you order via our on-line you shop you have to pay by debit or credit card. We take all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover)

You can also use the card types listed above when ordering by phone.

Your card will be charged in the currency you have selected.

Creating an account

You can create an account at any time, you don’t have to be placing an order. Simply select the “My Account” at the top of the screen and follow the process, completing the information as requested. You will need to supply the following information;
Your name, address, email address and contact telephone number, you will also need to enter a password of your choice. There is also some additional optional information.

Here at United Nude we try very hard to provide you with all the information you will need about a product to help you decide whether it is right for you or not. We provide good quality images of all the products that we sell in addition to written information about the product including any special features and what it is made from.

The country I am ordering from is not listed, what should I do?

We may be unable to deliver to your country or may have to offer different delivery charges than those currently listed. Please e-mail us at customerservice@unitednude.comwith details of your order and delivery address and we will get back to you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only) explaining whether or not we are able to proceed with your order.

My Account questions

I can't remember my password to log-in to my account, what should I do?

If you cannot remember the password you chose for your United Nude account,please create a new account and a new password will be sent to the email address provided

How do I change my account details?

You can update the personal details on your United Nude account, such as address, email address and contact telephone number bylogging-into your account and selecting the ‘change your personal details’ option.

My Order questions

Can I have goods sent to more than one address?

If you would like goods to be sent to more than one delivery address you will need to place a separate order for each different address. You can select an alternative delivery address as you proceed through the check out process. Please note that each order will incur a postage and packing charge.

Discount codes

How do I redeem a discount code that I've received?

It’s simple to redeem a discount code and it is done during the checkout process. Add the product(s) you want to purchase to your shopping bag by clicking the “Add to bag” button. From your shopping bag click “Proceed to Checkout”. During the ‘Payment Stage’ of the checkout process you will be asked to enter your discount code and we will take care of the rest.

What products can I redeem a discount code on?

Discount codes can be redeemed on any of the products that are listed for sale on the website, unless otherwise stated.

Can the discount code being used be redeemed against more than one product on the same order?

Yes, you can redeem discount codes against more than one product. For example, a free delivery discount code would apply to all items on your order. However, on occasions we may have ‘product specific’ promotions, in which case the discount code will only apply to a particular item within an order.

What are the expiry dates on the discount codes?

Expiry dates are used as many of our promotions will be seasonal, such as Christmas or Easter. The expiry date will be listed on the discount email if an expiry date is applicable.

Special offers and discount codes are not retroactive, meaning that they will apply only starting from the day they have been officially communicated. No refunds or price adjustments will be applied.

What can I do if I've forgotten to apply a discount code to an order I have already placed?

Depending on the type of discount code you have been sent we may be able to apply the promotion/discount after you placed the order. If you have any questions regarding a discount email us at customerservice@unitednude.com
