Shipping and Delivery


We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of purchase. Orders should be received within 4-8 working days however, we are unable to guarantee this. If you have not received your goods within 10 days of purchase please contact us and we can investigate further for you.

Please note: during sale periods we have increased volumes and there may be small delays on the usual order processing times.

In order for us to complete your order, it is possible that your items will be sent from different locations. In this case, it would mean that your goods would be delivered separately. 

Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch email from UPS along with a tracking number which you can use to trace your order if needed.  

Alternatively, you can log into your account at United Nude and trace your order there.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination if you are ordering outside the EU and US import duties/taxes and additional shipping cost might be charged.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) we are more than happy to offer you a refund providing that our returns policy is adhered to:

 • Items must be returned within 30 days from the order dispatch date.
 • Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original and unused condition
 • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
 • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to United Nude. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
 • Any returns received with courier/postal labels stuck directly on them will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
 • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM? (For North America customers only)

1. Repack the goods in the original packaging and place inside a box or wrapped in packing paper.

2. Complete the returns section above and include it with your returning goods. Send the package to: United Nude, 2910 Gilroy Street, Los Angeles, CA 90039 You will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days from dispatch date. Any returns received with courier / postal labels stuck directly on the box will not be processed and will be returned to the sender

Refunds will be made against the original payment method and will show in your account after 5-10 working days. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.

To measure your feet, stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall.


Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor, straight alongside the inside of your foot, from your heel to your toes.

Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses. This is your foot length measurement.

If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size.
You may find that one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal.

To measure your wrist, place a ruler on a flat surface and rest your arm (facing downwards) on top of the ruler.


Make sure that the left side of your wrist is aligned with the ‘0’ on the ruler. Take the measurement from the right side of your wrist.

If your wrist measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size.
Because the design is in such a way, the angles allow for extra room when sliding on the bracelet.


Updating Account Information
You can update your personal details simply by logging into your United Nude account and selecting 'MY ACCOUNT’ in the top right hand corner of the page. You can then edit your details. If you do not have an account you can create one by clicking 'SIGN IN' in the top right corner and selecting 'CREATE AN ACCOUNT'
Watch Warranty
The newest range of Stealth Watches, both the Mechanical and the Digital, are made using high-quality materials and experience. However, if your watch is defected in any way, the warranty policy below shows the coverage we offer.
  • Twenty-four-month warranty cover on materials and manufacturing defects, including only the following: watch movement, hands, and dial.
  • The watch can either be repaired or replaced with a new watch, provided the return policy terms are met.
  • In the case of replacing your watch, we cannot guarantee that your faulty watch will be replaced with the exact same watch model if it is no longer available. Customer Service will contact you regarding this issue and arrange a solution to match your needs.
  • The warranty does not cover the following: defects in materials or workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, damage from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear, defect of internal or external components due to water damage.

Watch Return and Exchange Policy 
If you are dissatisfied with your watch and want an exchange or full refund, we are more than happy to oblige, provided our return policy is adhered to:
  • The watch must be returned in a new, unused and re-sellable condition, along with the original packaging, any protective coverings and product information intact.
  • Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the sender.
  • The cost of returning the watch must be covered by the customer.
  • The original and return shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer.

Watch Specifications

* Accuracy of the mechanical watch is different from the daily rate of the quartz watch, and the accuracy will change a maximum of several ten seconds during rewinding the spring. The accuracy of half winding condition will be different from that of full winding condition.

Automatic winding watch can also be hand wound by turning the crown in "B" position

Wind 15 - 20 times and it will start to move naturally after gently shaking.

(C) Setting the time

1. Pull down the crown out to the "C" position.

2. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands.

3. Push the crown back to the normal position

(D) Setting the date

1. Pull the crown out to the 1st position.

2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date. 

    * If the date is set between the hours of around 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM, the date may not change on the following day.

3. After the date has been set, push the crown back to the normal position.
