Sales Personnel

Due to ongoing success and fantastic sales figures across all of its flagships, United Nude, the fast evolving premium footwear and accessories brand, is seeking Sales Personnel to join them to drive sales and support the future growth of the business.

The Sales Personnel is responsible for Increased Productivity and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

- Maximizes personal sales at all opportunities and provides a friendly and welcoming environment.

- Communicates effectively with customers to determine needs.

- Demonstrates ways to increase personal and store productivity.

- Applies sales transaction knowledge to process routine discounts, holds, gift certificate sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations.

- Handles multiple customers and multiple purchases.

- Ensures ease of customer shopping experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance.

- Actively participates in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, product transfers and floor changeovers.

- Maintains a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines and dresses with the intention of meeting the United Nude product and customer profile.

- Actively supports securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Accurately enters all information into register receives payments, issues change and credits processes credit cards and checks according to policy.


Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years sales experience or equivalent in a luxury retail environment preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal, English communication - verbal and written other languages a plus as well as having time management/project skills.

- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.

- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.

- Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner.

- Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results.

- Dedicated to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity.

- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, customers and co-workers.

We are looking for a talented junior graphic designer to help us create innovative and engaging visual content. You’ll help us creating compelling social media graphics, engaging digital advertising copy, and innovative website designs. You will work closely to the e-commerce and marketing team.

Required skills & Responsibilities:

- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator advanced skills are a must

- Experience designing engaging social graphics and online ads.

- Create animation or other visual images using film, video is a plus.

- Meticulous attention to detail and an eye for fresh and engaging design.

- Must be able to meet tight deadlines while dealing with several requests and projects.

Flagship Store Manager

Purpose: The Managers role is to lead the achievement of key performance goals. Creating a stand-out customer environment and motivating the team to achieve excellence. You will be accountable for driving the business forward and be an inspirational ambassador for the brand; showing clarity, elegance and innovation in all that you do.

Team:

- Confident leadership, effectively using the team to achieve excellence

- Work with integrity and respect for others; create excellent team involvement, ensure the team and the store are always presented to the highest standards

- Deliver consistent training and standards ensuring your team are up to date and knowledgeable.

- Manage and develop your team. Be flexible but consistent making sure your approach is appropriate for differing people and situations. Checking constantly the impact on the team and store performance.

- Handle underperformance promptly and elegantly. Know what you can handle yourself and when you need some help.

- Maintain the highest levels of personal motivation. Show your team what you expect, don’t; just tell them.

- Manage your hiring needs proactively through effective planning and constant networking.

Product:

- Keep updated – use all available means to support your product knowledge and share that knowledge with your team

- Be responsible for keeping your team highly effective in all aspects of the business, the branding and merchandising guidelines. Ensure the store is always ‘on point’.

- Manage stock routines, product types, stock holding, and stock management.

Commercial:

- It is your job to maximise sales potential and ensuring the team are delivering.

- Create the environment for sales success – know your local customer profiles, shopping habits and what is going on in the local market. Share this with your team and proactively find ways to improve.

- Create opportunities and drive brand promotions with your team

- You’re accountable for the P&L for the store, make sure all controllable elements are under control, maximising profitability where you can.

Job Requirements:

- You have about 3 years experience in retail management experience.

- You are experienced and comfortable in a high fashion/luxury environment.

- You can demonstrate your ability to build, motivate and lead a team to excellence – staying within policy and legal frameworks.

- Multi-tasking and managing competing demands is second nature.

- And you don’t need anyone to show you around Word, Excel, and online stock management/finance software.
