3. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and United Nude unless and until United Nude accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming it. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time United Nude sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by United Nude of your offer to buy goods from unitednude.com.

4. This confirmatory e-mail will contain all relevant information concerning your order.

5. The confirmatory e-mail will also contain a link to these terms and conditions, and may be amended in accordance with paragraph 32 below from time to time.

6. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

7. You undertake that all details you provide to United Nude for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

8. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform United Nude as soon as possible.

9. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by email to robert@unitednude.com or by post or by telephoning 212 420-6000, (Mon - Sat) 11am – 7pm, (Sun) 12am – 6pm.

9.1 The item(s) must be delivered to United Nude 25 Bond Street, New York, NY 10012 within 30 days from the original transaction 'Dispatch' date (refer to clause 22). The item(s) require a filled out return slip to include the request for either a refund or an exchange. If the return slip is not filled out with the request United Nude will contact the customer with the order subject to delay and the 30 day policy still in effect. Any additional exchanges must be done within the 30 days from the original transaction 'Dispatch' date.

10. Once United Nude receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to United Nude from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by United Nude unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of purchase.
